The Most Livable City in the U.S.?

FAR & WIDE recently posted an article naming the most “Livable Cities in the U.S.” Factors that went into the ranking include safety, affordability, traffic, pollution, and access to healthcare. Where did Raleigh, North Carolina, rank? You guessed it, number one!
