Raleigh Named Top Market for Jobs

According to a recent national study, North Carolina's capital city, Raleigh, is the fifth-best job market in the United States. Wake County Economic Development leaders also observe promising growth potential for the area.

Michael Haley, the executive director for Wake County Economic Development, shared:

“The economic development pipeline remains very strong with opportunities focused on advanced technology industries such as life science and advanced manufacturing.”

“We are currently leading 38 active projects with over 14,000 associated new jobs and $8.4 billion in potential capital investment.”
