WRAL NEWS: Developer Kane Realty and AEG Presents event management announced on Wednesday that they had signed a lease for a 70,000-square-foot venue to hold up to 3,500 guests as part of the Downtown South entertainment district planned for the area at South Saunders and Wilmington streets and Interstate 40.
